We do offer a 21-day ‘no hassle’ policy which enables you to return your product to us for a full refund. We are unable to process exchanges. (To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box containing all original product packaging and accessories.)

We recommend that you ship your package using a delivery service that will provide you with tracking information, unfortunately, we are unable to cover the return postage fee. Please note that customers are responsible for all expenses associated with the cost of returning orders for a refund.
After your package arrives at our warehouse it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Your refund will be credited back to the original form(s) of payment within 7-10 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3 –5 business days for your refund to post to your account.
